C++-Java Software Developer

We are looking for an extremely sharp developer with demonstrated experience in writing code for high performance and high scalability. Knowledge of search strategies and data similarity algorithms is a plus. Primary programming language is C++, and experience with Java is desired.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in a related field from four-year college or university. Two to four years experience in the software development field using C++ and Java technologies.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
• Must have prior work experience with C++ and Java.
• Must have strong troubleshooting / analysis skills.
• Should be organized and thorough, with an attention to detail.
• Must be a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Should be comfortable working independently (or in small teams).
• Knowledge of JEE a plus
• Database experience — DB2, Oracle, SQL
• Experience or strong interest in data mining and search engine technologies

Quality-Build Engineer

The QA – Build Engineer is a key development team member and is responsible for the design, development and execution of test cases for Infoglide products and primary configuration build resource for the software development team.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in a related field from four-year college or university preferred or equivalent work experience.  Two to four years experience testing software systems.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

• Must have experience with manual testing, test case and test plan development.
• Automated scripting experience, test framework creation, software programming, practical knowledge of XML, shell script programming, familiarity with SQL and database design
• Strong troubleshooting / analysis skills.
• Must have ability to work effectively on a team, communicate ideas with peers, development and management, and work independently.
• Practical knowledge of XML, Ability to navigate within a relational database such as  Oracle and DB2.
• Experience with GUI, API and functional testing.
• Experience with web-based application testing.
