Infoglide signs deal with defense contractor

Austin-based Infoglide Software Corp. has licensed its security software to Reston, Va.-based Global InfoTek Inc.
Infoglide develops software used to identify fraudulent activity, false aliases and security threats.
Global InfoTek is an information systems engineering and integration company. The company is a contractor for research and development projects for the U.S. Department of Defense.
Infoglide Software will license its software and patented word-search technology to Global InfoTek, the release states.
The agreement is effective immediately. Financial details weren't disclosed.
