Infoglide gains new CFO

Lynn Atchison has joined Austin-based Infoglide Software Corp. as its chief financial officer. Infoglide Software uses search engine technology to compare similarities across databases. For example, Infoglide systems can use data comparison for fraud detection.
The company announced Atchison's appointment Wednesday.
She was senior vice president and CFO for Austin-based Hoover's Inc. [Nasdaq: HOOV], which was purchased in 2003 by Short Hills, N.J.-based Dun & Bradstreet Corp. [NYSE: DNB].
Prior to Hoover's, Atchison held the position of vice president and CFO for Austin-based Travelogix Inc. She also was a senior manager in the audit division of New York-based Ernst & Young LLP and has spent time in private practice. She brings more than 22 years of experience in finance and operations to Infoglide.
