Austin Inc.: 13 Austin tech companies make list of top 50 in Texas

Thirteen is a lucky number this year. That's how many Austin companies landed on Deloitte & Touche LLP's annual list of fastest-growing technology companies in Texas.
The Texas Technology Fast 50 ranks tech companies by revenue growth over five years. Cracking the top 10 were NetQoS Inc., at No. 4, and SiteStuff Inc., at No. 5.
Rounding out the list were Infoglide Software Corp. (11), Valence Technology Inc. (22), Encore Medical Corp. (25), Silicon Laboratories Inc. (30), Luminex Corp. (34), SigmaTel Inc. (35), Multimedia Games Inc. (36), Motive Inc. (43), Perficient Inc. (47), FundsXpress Financial Network Inc. (48), and ArthroCare Corp. (50).
Troux Technologies Inc. came in first on the Rising Star list, which recognizes the state's 10 fastest-growing tech companies based on revenue growth over three years.
