INFOGLIDE NAMES MICHAEL SHULTZ PRESIDENT AND CEO
30 -Year Industry Veteran Will Spearhead the Company's Corporate Growth Strategy
AUSTIN, Texas, April 5, 2001-InfoGlide Corporation, a pioneer in similarity engine software technology, announced today the appointment of Michael Shultz as president and chief executive officer. Mr. Shultz comes to InfoGlide with nearly 30 years of multinational executive management experience in the semiconductor and software industry. His activities will consist of identifying market and product requirements, exploring partnerships and strategic alliances, and determining future acquisition and financing opportunities. Mr. Shultz is also responsible for setting the corporate vision and developing the company's strategic direction.

Prior to InfoGlide, Mr. Shultz was founder and CEO of QuestLink Technology, a business-to-business e-commerce company for the electronics industry. Mr. Shultz built QuestLink from a start-up to the pre-eminent e-commerce site for engineers with over 300,000 registered users, $5 million in annual revenue, and 85 employees in three states.
Before starting QuestLink, he served as CEO of Specialty Development Corporation a developer and marketer of technology products in the emerging PC and Mac desktop computing markets. He has held senior sales and marketing management positions at Philips Semiconductor, Wyle Electronics and was also part of the founding management team for both Cirrus Logic and Integrated Device Technology, setting the sales strategy that contributed to successful IPOs for both companies. His past board positions include BancFirst of Texas, Oppenheimer International, and Wired for Kids. He currently sits on the board of directors for eeParts.com.
