INFOGLIDE ANNOUNCES NEW NAME AND OFFICES
Changes Mark a Major Milestone for the Software Company
AUSTIN, Texas, July 19, 2001 - InfoGlide Corporation, a pioneer in fraud detection and alias identification software technology, today announced several significant company changes. Effectively immediately, the company has changed its name to Infoglide Software Corporation. The change was made because InfoGlide on its own was confusing and not reflective of the company's product direction. Infoglide Software better reflects the company as a software developer and represents the company's focus more clearly. The company believes it is important to distinguish Infoglide Software's contribution as software in support of its systems integration partners, such as Computer Science Corporation (CSC).
The new name comes with a new corporate logo and identity which was unveiled July 13 at the company's new corporate headquarters. The new logo along with the new name more clearly reflects Infoglide Software's position as a leading software solutions company.
In addition to the new corporate identity, Infoglide Software has moved its corporate headquarters. The building is centrally located within Austin and is more convenient for the company's employees, customers, and partners. The new offices sport an open layout that is more conducive to collaboration and teamwork amongst the company's employees and software development team. The new office is located in Suite 200 at 6300 Bridge Point Parkway. It has 10,550 square feet of space and will office the company's employees in one central location.
