INFOGLIDE SOFTWARE SIGNS CONTRACT WITH GLOBAL INFOTEK TO PROVIDE ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY FOR NATIONAL SECURITY PROGRAM
Project Marks First Venture into Federal Government Market with Enterprise Solution
AUSTIN, Texas, April 22, 2002 - Infoglide Software Corporation, the leading provider of fraud detection and alias identification enterprise software solutions, today announced an agreement with Global InfoTek, Inc., a leading edge information systems engineering and integration company. Infoglide Software will license its enterprise software and patented similarity search technology to Global InfoTek. The agreement is effective immediately.
Global InfoTek is a prime contractor for research and development projects developing advanced knowledge discovery technology for the Department of Defense and the intelligence community. Infoglide Software's enterprise technology, Similarity Search EngineTM, will be integrated with other key technologies to create a comprehensive solution for the intelligence community. Similarity Search Engine (SSE) is a powerful database search tool that locates similarities and relationships in addition to exact matches in large and disparate databases.
