Michael Shultz Chosen for his Leadership in the Digital Economy Throughout the Lone Star State

AUSTIN, Texas, May 16, 2002 - Infoglide Software Corporation, the leading provider of fraud detection and alias identification enterprise software solutions, today announced that President and CEO Michael Shultz has been selected as one of twenty finalists in the Texas eComm Ten Awards.

The Texas eComm Ten Awards recognize individuals driving the digital economy throughout the state. Nominees are assessed based on: 1) their entrepreneurial background, 2) their impact on their company's objectives and leadership, 3) their impact on the digital economy, and 4) their company's impact on the economy both state-wide and nationally.

A seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience, Mr. Shultz has founded and co-founded six high-tech businesses. His experience includes managing companies through mergers and acquisitions, funding rounds, and initial public offerings (IPO).
