AMS AND INFOGLIDE SOFTWARE FORGE STRATEGIC ALLIANCE FOR INTELLIGENCE AND LAW ENFORCEMENT DATA INTEGRATION
Collaboration to Support Compilation and Analysis of Intelligence in Global War on Terrorism
FAIRFAX, Va. and AUSTIN, Tx., November 5, 2003-American Management Systems, Incorporated (NASDAQ: AMSY), a global business and IT consulting firm, and Infoglide Software Corporation, a leader in the emerging transactional business intelligence market, today announced a strategic alliance to help intelligence and law enforcement agencies compile and analyze intelligence in the global war on terrorism. With the resulting AMS-Infoglide Software solution, government officials who receive streams of intelligence from multiple sources will be able to more clearly evaluate and act on the information.
Under the two-year agreement, the companies will offer AMS's consulting services with Infoglide Software's targeting, risk assessment and remote search software to a select group of federal, state and local intelligence and law enforcement agencies in the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada. AMS will be the only certified integrator offering Infoglide Software's enterprise software, Bladeworks™, to the agreed-upon agencies and governments. The company will also provide large-scale program management, systems implementation, and integration expertise in building Infoglide Software's technology into customized solutions for AMS customers.
