INFOGLIDE SOFTWARE SIGNS JOINT MARKETING AGREEMENT WITH MERCER OLIVER WYMAN, INC.
Agreement Extends Company's Reach in the Insurance Market
AUSTIN, Texas; April 26, 2004 - Infoglide Software Corporation, the leader in the emerging transactional business intelligence market, today announced the signing of a joint marketing agreement with Mercer Oliver Wyman, a division of Mercer Oliver Wyman, Inc. The companies will jointly market Integrated Fraud Solutions based on Infoglide Software's Bladeworks™ software.
The Integrated Fraud Solutions will incorporate both Infoglide Software and Mercer Oliver Wyman's experience in developing insurance fraud detection programs and will allow insurers to uncover fraudulent claims before they are paid. The agreement will give Infoglide Software direct access to Mercer Oliver Wyman's insurance customers, prospects, and experience in designing and implementing results-oriented change. Mercer Oliver Wyman will benefit from Bladeworks unique ability to rapidly search, analyze, and operate on large amounts of data in multiple, disparate, remote databases, which allows insurers to access internal and external databases without the need to create a data warehouse.
