CGI-AMS and Infoglide Software Announce Strategic Partnership

 

Chicago, Illinois, May 25, 2005 - CGI-AMS, the wholly owned U.S. operating subsidiary of CGI Group Inc. (TSX: GIB.SV.A; NYSE: GIB) and Infoglide Software, a leading provider of risk management solutions to the retail industry, have aligned to strategically advance both of their retail practices in North America and abroad. CGI-AMS, a dominant information technology and business process services provider in North America, seeks to aggressively expand its footprint in the retail industry. Infoglide Software will benefit from CGI-AMS' strength and expertise, expanding Infoglide Software's proven, robust, and scaleable risk management solutions to broader markets.
