PROOF OF CONCEPT
When customers are incorporating identity resolution into their products and services for the first time, they sometimes choose to demonstrate its value through a proof of concept (POC) project before a full deployment. Infoglide Software offers moderately priced POC services that rapidly validate the use of identity resolution using the customer’s own data, and if desired, using the customer’s own infrastructure.
INSTALLATION AND CONFIGURATION
While installation of IRE software is straightforward and results in the availability of default configuration parameters and default test data, often customers want immediate configuration modifications as well as assistance in connecting IRE to specific internal and external data sources. Infoglide Software makes available its expert staff to ensure that this process is completed smoothly and rapidly.
TRAINING
Although Infoglide Software offers ongoing configuration support, some customers desire to cultivate their own in-house expertise in managing and maintaining their IRE-based solutions. Infoglide Software offers customers the opportunity to send key staff for training in Austin at our headquarters, where they can interact with experts in identity resolution and can learn to configure IRE to meet their changing needs.
APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT
Infoglide Software has been providing all phases of software design and development to our government and commercial customers for the last five years. Some customers’ needs are limited to initial implementation and configuration support, while others may require the full range of software design, development, implementation and integration services. This includes, but is not limited to, concept development, planning, requirements definition and analysis, systems design and development, coding and testing, production, deployment, implementation, integration, and software application maintenance.
